The Ministry of Education and Vocational Training has committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector.
This accessibility statement applies to the Ministry’s portal that depends on the domain www.educacionyfp.gob.es and its subdomains.
Compliance status
The Ministry’s portals have been designed in accordance with current standards and regulations regarding accessibility and usability, and are reviewed at least every six months to keep them up to date. However, you may find some content that does not 100% conform to these standards.
This website is partially in accordance with RD 1112/2018 due to the exceptions and the lack of conformity of the aspects indicated below.

- In the portal there may be content in other languages in which the change of language is not labeled correctly
- In some contents some lack of contrast could be detected
- On some pages, problems in the generation of the html could be identified (e.g. incorrectly formed lists, tables that do not fully comply with accessibility regulations, texts of too long links and iframes without the necessary information)

- Content that does not fall within the scope of applicable law
- There may be documents in PDF or other office formats and multimedia content that do not fully meet the required accessibility requirements.

The method used for this declaration has been a self-assessment carried out by the Ministry itself based on the reports generated by the Accessibility Observatory.

In the Request for Accessible Information, the facts, reasons and request that allow it to be found to be a reasonable and legitimate request must be clearly specified.
Through the processing of Complaints and suggestions of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, as well as the rest of the options included in Law 39/ 2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Communications, complaints and requests for accessible information will be received and processed by the Undersecretariat of Education and Vocational Training.
Application procedure
If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the decision adopted is not agreed, or the response does not meet the requirements referred to in article 12.5, the interested person may initiate a complaint. Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty working days has elapsed without having obtained a response.
The claim can be submitted through the complaints and suggestions process of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, as well as the rest of the options contained in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Complaints will be received and processed by the Unit responsible for Accessibility of the General Subdirectorate of Information Technologies and Communications of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.

- In case the user accesses the portal through a browser that does not support style sheets, the structural markup allows the correct visualization of all the contents. if the unstyled option is selected the pages will be displayed without any visual formatting
